General
-All comissions CANNOT be used for AI, AI training, AI manipulation, NFTs, Blockchains, etc-Comissions are for non-commercial use and if shared publically, given credit back to @Draconiart / Me
NO commerical use-Using AI to give an idea or in general will get you blacklisted-Once comission is complete, no refunds-DO NOT EDIT my art unless i have given permission, however, cropping for icons and such are allowed
Will and Wont's
I can draw:
Humans (and similar body types)
Dragons (to an extent)
Pokemon
Backgrounds (depending on the background)Can't draw:
-Animals ( I can try but it may not meet expectations )
-Robots and related types ( same reasoning as above )WILL NOT DRAW:
-Full Nsfw
-Gore
-Offensive content
Submitting your commission

E.g. [Character] doing [action], in a [Place]-I will ask for more information if needed to get a clearer idea of your request-When sending the request, please include a reference. It helps me be consistent with your drawing.-References should be clear, with all details of the character shown ( no pixelation or blurring, unshaded/with a colour palette )-If you want me to draw in a specific artstyle (that i have done before), please send me or direct me to art I have drawn before with that artstyle

During the commission
-Wait times will be on average 2 weeks! (or a few days, depends on commission type and complexity) (More if the commission is complex)-Changes can be made as much as you like during Sketch phase where posing, design, colours and other aspects are still being decided on-Once lineart is being done, you may only make 1 more change. (or more depending on what it is)
Payment
-Will be done through paypal Invoice
If unable, then i also accept Ko-fi
-Prices are all in USD and i will only accept USD payments
-Payment to be done in full or half once sketch has been approved. (If paid in half, second half to be paid upon completion ASAP)
-Once i have been paid, the commission will resume and upon completion cannot be refundedPaypal:
-Once a sketch has been approved, i will send a Paypal invoice to the email provided and commission will be on pause until it has been paidKo-fi:
-Once a sketch has been approved, please send a coffee in the amount owed and commission will be on pause until it has been sent
Artist Rights
-I can deny or cancel your request without providing a reason-Cancelled commissions will be refunded fully if it has been paid for-Your artwork may be used as an example for portfolios , galleries, etc. I do not claim any rights to all characters, settings, etc, in these artworks.-False chargebacks will lose you all rights to the artwork and be permanantly blacklisted
Client Rights
-These commission are for your own private, non-profit use-Sharing of it will require clear and correct credit given-You may request the artwork to not be posted pubically-You may ask for as many updates are you wish ( Within reason )
I am allowed to change and update these terms of service at any time. Ordering a commission means you agree to these conditions.
